Mindestens eine Section Diagnose oder Zusatzangaben MUSS gefüllt sein. Sollte also die Häufung einer Krankheit oder eine andere Auffälligkeit ohne die Angabe einer expliziten Diagnose gemeldet werden, kann die Section Diagnose leer gelassen werden, dafür muss die Section Zusatzangaben aber befüllt sein. |
Weitere „Section“-Elemente sind optional (Kardinalität 0..1) und lediglich auf CDA Level 1+2, d.h. nicht maschinenlesbar, vorgesehen. Die Informationen sind keine Pflichtelemente des Datensatzes, da
- gemäß den Experten der Gesundheitsämter diese Angaben derzeit ohnehin nahezu nie gemacht werden.
- die Implementierung durch die Softwarehersteller für den Pilotbetrieb so einfach wie möglich gehalten werden sollte
- die Akzeptanz der Nutzer als höher eingeschätzt wird, wenn so wenige Daten wie möglich manuell ergänzt werden müssen.
Die Wahl von Level 1+2 liegt primär darin begründet, dass derzeit keine Kataloge bzw. Code Systeme für die weiteren Angaben über eine OID verfügbar sind.
