Motivation für den Change Request
Organisationen können gemäß EFA-Spezifikation in den XDS-Metadaten über ihre SMC-B identifiziert werden. In der Spezifikation wird angegeben, dass dieser Mechanismus über die OID 1.2.276.0.76.4.77 angezeigt wird, wobei als identifizierendes Merkmal unter dieser OID die ID des SMC-B-Zertifikats zu verwenden ist.
Das kann so nicht funktionieren. Die genutzte OID ist seitens der gematik für einen anderen Zweck gedacht und die ID des Zertifikats muss zweiteilig aus der ID des Herausgebers und der Zertifkats-ID bestehen.
Beschluss der 7er-Gruppe
(30.10.2015) Der Änderungsvorschlag wird angenommen, die Umsetzung soll in die Revision 2 der EFAv2.0-Spezifikation einfließen.
Die gematik prüft, ob und wie die SMC-B in den Metadaten referenziert werden kann. Alternativ wird seitens der gematik ein Vorschlag zur Referenzierung der Telematik-ID gemacht.
Ein Vorschlag für die Änderung der Spezifikation wird bis Ende 2015 durch das Fraunhofer FOKUS in Abstimmung mit der gematik ausgearbeitet und der 7er-Gruppe zur Freigabe vorgelegt.
