|The eCR Provider operates the eCR Registry Services and as such takes responsibility for the maintenance of all metadata and the completeness and availability of audit trails.

|The Administrator is responsible for the technical admini-stration of the eCR Box and the connected Plugs. Admin-istrators MUST NOT be granted permission to access medical data of an eCR.
